I made a bit of progress last week on the quilt that’s on my design wall. I made the sashing strips and have them on the wall. The center is still a mystery as to how it’s going to look. I have an idea for the border but I’m not sure on it. I guess I’ll keep playing around with it.

I really like the sashing – it adds a lot of sparkle to the quilt. And what a great way to use up scraps. Can’t wait to see the finished quilt!

Thanks Roos! I finally have the center part done. I will update with a new picture tomorrow. Hopefully I can have some of the borders on it too. It’s getting close to being finished. 🙂
