I finished getting all the flying geese sewn together with sashing strips. Now all that’s left is to put a border on. I’m hoping to get that done this week sometime, but I need to focus on getting customer quilts done. For now the geese are hanging around on my wall.
I’m glad it’s done and I’m happy with the way it looks.

It looks great! This rhyme comes to mind — though obviously you have many more than three geese in your flock.
Vintery, mintery, cutery, corn,
Apple seed and apple thorn;
Wire, briar, limber lock,
Three geese in a flock.
One flew east,
And one flew west,
And one flew over the cuckoo’s nest.
