I pulled this out over the weekend and decided that it’s time to finish it. It was a Row by row exchange that we did at guild several years ago. Sharon and I are doing our program “Challenges, Swaps, Exchanges…Oh My” and this is one that I need to have done for it, so I better get it finished.

Maybe the blocks just don’t look good in the picture. I never once thought they looked Nazi. Since our guild is located in Leavenworth Kansas, we have many, many military wives in our guild as they get stationed and then retire here at Fort Leavenworth. We are very proud of our service men and our country!

OMG, I cant wait to see a pic of this one in its entirety (HMM not sure how to spell that). Simply Gorgeous. You inirsped me to make a string quilt and I finnaly got around to starting it. Im not using same fabric throughout for the middle strip (didnt want to feel I was copying Too much). Its browns blues greens and reds. It is my favorite project to date , Thank you for your inspiration.Erica
