This isn’ t actually on the wall, but for this week I’m going to devote at least 10 minutes a day to work on these blocks. I have the 6″ blocks complete and the rest are 9″ blocks. This is a mystery quilt that I’m making, so I don’t know what it’s going to look like.
Here’s the back of the current quilt that’s on Millie. I need to focus on getting this done. I love making feathers fit into odd spaces. LOL!! 🙂
I better get back to work. Check out more design walls at http://www.patchworktimes.com
Have a great day!

I had to leave a comment about your feathers…ugh, they are gorgeous! I have been trying to doodle feathers all week (during meetings when I am listening or while waiting on kiddos lessons etc) so I can get better at them and I am just not getting in the groove. I will have to examine yours closely. I love the funky shapes! It is sort of like getting the right tune stuck in your head, once I have it I’m not bad, but right now it is eluding me… I keep ending up with something that would go better to “its a small world…”!

Thanks Eden! It took lots of practice to get to the point where I can just fill in an area with feathers. I also doodled feathers on everything!! Actually I still do. LOL!!
